The assignment is as follows.
1.Read each others papers. This should take about a period. You really should read the paper twice before you start on editing.
2. If you get to the editing phase of the paper today that is fine. Use the published form on google docs to create a table with your suggestions. To be able to edit the form you need to copy and paste the document into google docs. This way each of you will be able to create your own document and you will not overwrite another groups information. To share this document with me add me as a collaborator. Use James.Smirk@gmail.com
You will notice that you have been given new computers. In an effort to make sure these do not get abused you need to log on to your student account. After you have done so please make sure you go to the form I have posted here for computer sign out.
Thanks and looking forward to getting your edits.

You may get this information from any group but I suggest that you get

Remember to use the lab write checklists to review that you have all

Further clarification
For the Hardy Weinberg Equilibrium Lab
You must have the complete lab write up. If it is in labwrite you need to have it done for this lab. Abstract, references, title, all of it.

Clearing up some confusion
If you have been keeping up with the blog you will have noticed that the schedule for the next couple of weeks has you finishing a lab report. This mean you need to complete the full lab write up of the Hardy Weinberg equilibrium lab. You should already have the intro and materials completed. Results, discussion and conclusion are all that needs to be written. Please continue using each other as readers and editors . Remember that if you choose to peer edit that you need to retain copies of all comments that have been made by the reader. This way if I feel that perhaps some individuals did not work independently you can prove to me that you did write the lab first and then made edits. Put another way, this is not a group writing effort. You are to finish the lab on your own but you may use each other for peer review.
